RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

According to our terms and conditions, you have the option of returning or exchanging the items received within 14 days of delivery of your goods.

Please note that there is a charge for sending the return. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Reduced goods can also be returned.

Please fill out our cancellation form (download here) and enclose it with the return. Please send sufficiently insured as a package, as we are not liable if the shipment is lost. Please do not send by registered mail, as this is logistically difficult for us.

REFUND

Please note that it can take up to 14 days between receipt of your return and the refund process.
The repayment of your return is always made using the original payment method with which you bought the goods from us.
When paying by credit card, the payment reimbursement depends on the respective credit card and the reimbursement is made to the credit card account. 
If the recipient of the products specified in the order does not match the buyer of the goods, the amount debited will always be refunded to the buyer and cardholder.


EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange an article, please contact us by email. We will then be happy to check whether or not the article is still in stock in the desired size.
The article will be sent to you as soon as the article to be exchanged has been received, checked and classified as faultless.
